Saudi National Day for companies: gifts, printed material and branding
National Day falls on 23 September every year. What companies prepare for it is gifts, printed material and branded spaces, and the date does not move.
What companies usually prepare
- Gifts for employees and clients, from desk items to executive pieces and gift sets.
- Printed material such as greeting cards, certificates and signage for reception and meeting areas.
- Flags and branded decoration for entrances, offices and event spaces.
- Event branding for celebrations held at the workplace or at a venue.
Choose gifts that belong to the occasion
A National Day gift works best when it is useful after the day and carries the occasion lightly: a restrained mark or a date, not a crowded design. Combine the occasion with your own logo carefully, so neither overwhelms the other. Decide whether employees and clients get the same item or different ones.
Cards and printed material
Greeting cards and inserts need a short, sincere message. Bilingual material should give Arabic and English equal clarity. Check names, titles and spellings before printing a large run.
Flags and national symbols
When using the national flag or national symbols, follow the official guidance on how they may be reproduced and displayed, and use approved artwork.
Plan back from 23 September
The date is fixed, so the whole plan can be built back from it: confirm the quantities, approve artwork and proofs, then allow for production, packing and delivery. Orders that start late leave no room for a proof. Tell us the date the items must be in place when you send your request.
What to send with your request
The items you want, quantities, artwork or a brief, where they go, and the date they must be ready. See Occasions, Promotional Gifts or request a quote.
