These terms govern your use of the Expertise House website, operated by Expertise House Limited Company (Arabic: شركة اكسبرتس هاوس المحدودة), Commercial Registration No. 7034690904, a business-to-business printing, promotional gifts, exhibitions and signage company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Using this website
You may browse the site, build a Quote Basket and send a request for quotation for your business. Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, to probe it for weaknesses, to send automated or abusive requests, or to submit unlawful material.
Information on the site
Descriptions and pictures show the kinds of work we do; specifications, availability and timing are confirmed by Sales for each request. The site publishes no prices. Pictures may show products or projects for illustration.
Requests and quotations
Sending a request, or building a Quote Basket, is a request for a quotation. It is not an order and does not create a contract. Sales reviews every request, may ask questions, and confirms details in a written quotation. Orders, prices, payment, delivery, warranty and cancellation are governed by that quotation and by any agreement you and Expertise House sign — not by this page.
Your files and content
If you send artwork, logos or other files, you confirm you have the right to use them for your request. We use them only to answer and carry out your request.
Our content
The site's text, pictures, layout and marks belong to Expertise House or are used with permission. Names and marks of other companies belong to their owners.
Our completed work
Expertise House may photograph, document and use the products, services and projects it completes for clients in its own portfolio, website, social media and marketing, subject to its agreements with clients, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights and any permissions the law requires.
Liability
Expertise House Limited Company exercises reasonable professional care to ensure the accuracy of information published on its website.
Images, specifications, and information displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute binding commercial offers.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from unlawful use of the website or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in this clause limits customers' statutory rights or the Company's contractual obligations under applicable agreements.
Language
The site is published in Arabic and English. If the two versions conflict, the Arabic version controls, subject to Saudi law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably; if that does not succeed, the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction.
